The unique five-piece, in-mold shell structure utilizes variable polycarbonate outer shell thicknesses and geometrical shapes to optimize the protection performance. It includes the patented Multidirectional Impact Protection System (MIPS), a state-of-the-art technology that sets a new standard in helmet safety by reducing the rotational forces to the brain in the event of an oblique impact. Seventeen air vents plus five deep internal airflow channels provide efficient cooling, and the four-way adjustable Occigrip Turn-Dial system gives you the best possible fit and comfort. The removable ABS Superlight Visor is designed to improve airflow through the helmet and a thicker set of pads are included to enable fine tuning of the fit and comfort.
