The wheels has a 21.5mm wide tyre bed that increases grip and riding comfort whilst the 30mm deep hybrid toroidal aluminum rim exceeds the aero performance of many deeper “V” section carbon rims at half the height. The Clincher wheels use a teardrop-shaped rim and parallel brake track that gives extra aero benefits and its 10 or 11 speed compatible with new hub that is light, smooth and tough. The spokes on the Zipp Clincher wheel keep stiffness high for efficient power transfer with external nipples to better support individual spokes. The wheel is then topped off with stainless steel bearings to offer some of the smoothest riding available, and the hub is precision set so no adjustment needed!
